This site can be viewed in Google Earth. In Google Earth, expand the "Global Awareness" folder and turn
"UNEP: Atlas of Our Changing Environment" layer. This will display this site
plus all additional sites in the UNEP Atlas. Click on the image overlays link to display
comparison imagery that visualize the change.
Currently over 120 sites from the Atlas of Our Changing Environment can be viewed in Google Earth. In September 2008,
we will release a new version with more than 180 sites with new content from our "Africa - Atlas of our Changing
Environment" along with a new layout design.
You will need Google earth application to view the sites.
